The truth table for the given circuit is:

The figure shows: input $A$ enters at the top left and immediately branches at a node. One branch runs straight across to the upper input of a two-input AND gate at the top. The other branch drops down through a NOT gate (triangle with a bubble), and the resulting $\overline{A}$ line runs down and then across to the upper input of a second two-input AND gate at the bottom. Input $B$ enters at the bottom left and runs across to the lower input of the bottom AND gate; a tap taken from that same $B$ line runs vertically up to the lower input of the top AND gate (it crosses the $\overline{A}$ line without connecting to it). So the top AND gate receives $A$ and $B$, and the bottom AND gate receives $\overline{A}$ and $B$. The outputs of the two AND gates are carried to the right and fed into the two inputs of a single OR gate, whose output terminal is labelled $Y$.
