Terms of Service

The Service gives you an AI tutor for doubt-solving, AI-adaptive practice tests built on previous-year JEE questions, mastery analytics, weekly progress reports, a rank predictor and free public study content such as chapter weightage pages.

Jeeify is a study aid. It does not replace a teacher, a coaching institute or your own effort, and it does not promise any score, percentile, rank or admission. How you use the Service, and the results you get, are your responsibility.

You need an account to use the app. You may sign up with an email address and password or with Google. Keep one account per person, give us accurate details and keep your password private. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us straight away at support@jeeify.com if you think someone else has access.

During onboarding we ask for a mobile number. We may use it to contact you about your account and, if we introduce them, to send practice and exam-date reminders on WhatsApp. We do not make marketing calls.

Jeeify offers a free Foundation plan for 7 days and three paid plans. Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered in Razorpay’s checkout and never pass through Jeeify’s servers. We keep a record of the plan, amount and Razorpay order and payment identifiers so we can show your payment history and provide support.

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes unused days of a plan, unused monthly usage limits, purchases made by mistake or by someone else using your account, plan changes, and cases where the Service does not suit you. Please use the free Foundation plan to decide before you pay. The only exception is where a refund is required by Indian consumer law.

We may change the prices of plans for future purchases at any time. A price change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

• Scholar: a one-time purchase that unlocks the plan for 30 days from payment. It does not renew automatically; if you want to continue, buy it again when it ends.
• Ranker 2027: a one-time purchase that unlocks the plan until 31 May 2027.
• Ranker 2028: a one-time purchase that unlocks the plan until 31 May 2028.
• Ranker plans are permanent for their term. They cannot be changed to another plan, shortened or converted into credit. A Scholar subscriber may move to a Ranker plan by paying for it; the remaining Scholar days are not refunded or adjusted.
• Coupon codes are applied at checkout only, are subject to their own conditions and cannot be applied after payment.

Each plan includes monthly limits on questions, AI tutor sessions, insights and reports. The limits are shown on the pricing page and in your account, and they reset monthly. Limits exist so the Service stays fast and affordable for everyone.

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Share your account or let anyone else use it.
• Copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish or sell our questions, solutions, analytics or any other content.
• Access the Service with bots, scripts or other automated tools, or try to work around usage limits or security measures.
• Use the AI tutor to produce content that is harmful, abusive or intended to cheat in an examination.
• Interfere with the Service or other users, or try to reverse-engineer it.

The Service, including our question bank, solutions, explanations, analytics, design and software, belongs to Jeeify or its licensors. Previous-year examination questions are reproduced for study purposes. You may use our content for your own personal, non-commercial preparation and for nothing else.

What you type, upload or attach - your doubts, notes, images and answers - stays yours. You give Jeeify permission to store and process it so the Service can work for you, for example to answer your question, grade your attempt or generate your weekly report. We may also use activity data in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the Service.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

The AI tutor, the rank predictor and our recommendations are generated by software and can be wrong. A worked solution may contain a mistake, a predicted rank is an estimate from past data, and a study plan is a suggestion. Check anything important with a teacher or a trusted source before relying on it, and never treat an AI answer as an official statement about an examination.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to abuse the Service or others, or is involved in fraud or a chargeback. No refund is owed for time or usage remaining when an account is closed for a breach.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and the data we hold about you, email support@jeeify.com from your registered address and we will do it. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it accurate and online but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not guarantee any examination outcome.

To the fullest extent Indian law allows, Jeeify is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost marks, admission or opportunity, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
